THANK HEAVEN FOR PRAYER :)

WARNING: A bit of a longer post, but funny and
worth reading....I think :)

WELL I'M A BIT BEHIND... JUST A BIT!
I HAVEN'T POSTED THANKSGIVING, CHRISTMAS,
OR NEW YEARS. AND THERE'S NO WAY IN
H-E-DOUBLE HOCKEY STICKS, I'M EVEN GONNA TRY.

SO, WE'LL START WITH OUR MOST RECENT HOLIDAY
VALENTINES!
I HAVE ALWAYS LOVED THIS DAY. I LOVE THE COLORS,
THE IDEA OF LOVING PEOPLE, AND THE WHOLE MAKING OUT THING
IS KINDA NICE TOO ;)
BUT MOSTLY I HAVE ALWAYS LOVED THIS DAY BECAUSE
IT WAS MY MOM'S B-DAY.

SO, WE LET SOME BALLOONS
GO UP TO HEAVEN TO SEE GRANDMA JANETTE.

HOWEVER, THERE WAS A SLIGHT PROBLEM. THE BALLOONS
BECAME TANGLED TOGETHER. THEREFOR CREATING A LOVELY LITTLE HOOK AND IT EVER SO GRACIOUSLY WRAPPED ITSELF AROUND
THE POWER LINES OUTSIDE MY HOUSE.
OOPS!
WELL, KAMAILE WAS A BIT WORRIED THEY WOULDN'T REACH
GRANDMA JANETTE. SO, WHILE WE WERE OUT THERE SHE SAID A PRAYER
(OUT LOUD AND WITH HER EYES OPENING AT TIMES, WHILE
WALKING ACROSS THE ROAD)

IT WENT A LITTLE SOMETHING LIKE THIS:

"Dear Heavenly Father,.... Please bless that you, or Jesus , or Grandma Janette could come get these balloons.."

THEN.. a day or two later the balloons were no longer there.
She was so happy because they had finally made it to Heaven for my Mom's B-day.
She came in with a smile and VERY excitedly said
"MOM!! Jesus, or Heavenly Father, or Grandma Janette answered my prayer!!!"...

THEN..I heard her quietly say to herself
"Thank you God in Heaven."
LOL!!
It was SOO cute and so dang funny!

*WE FOUND OUT LATER THROUGH A FRIEND/NEIGHBORS FACEBOOK POST THAT THIS happens to be the REAL reason
they are no longer there.Hahaha...
(None the less... a prayer WAS answered, RIGHT? :)

Thanks Tori, for the video footage and  balloon pics! :)

What are the odds that I check your blog and you have actually updated?! Surprise, surprise...loved the story. I love Kamaile and could totally picture her saying that prayer. Miss her and you and all that was St. George!

So cute! Even made me a little misty-eyed. And yes, LOVE your photography! Wish you were closer. The Tillmann fam needs a new family pic. You may remember the pic on facebook of everyone standing in front of my parent's house- some of the kids in their swim shorts! We need you :)

That is so funny...and sweet at the same time. What a cute tradition to send balloons to Grandma. I'm sure she got them one way or the other! :) My favorite picture is of the kids pointing to the sky as they watched the balloons. So cute!! Happy (late) Birthday to such an amazing person! Love you, Mandy Sue!
